Rules and processes

We would like to keep this contest simple, but also want to keep it as fair as possible. To do this, we will be limiting each entry to "one vote, per person". This means that you will need to enter your name and email, and we will look for you to confirm that email. As well, we will be storing your IP to confirm that someone is not voting repeatedly.

Once the winning school is chosen, we will gather a list of classrooms, from kindergarten up to th 3rd grades. We will select a winning classroom at random. This classroom will then be notified as the winner.

So, what are the exact rules?

  1. one vote, per person
  2. a vote is fully registered when the voter clicks the confirmation link in their email
  3. vote tallies will look for a single person, counting a single vote (one person equals one IP plus one email)
  4. upon winning school being announced, a random classroom will be chosen
  5. the randomly chosen classroom will be K-3 grades
  6. classrooms, teachers, school districts, students, parents and the general public are not required to pay for any admission, nor voting in this giveaway
  7. voting is not done in any other form than the presented voting system on this website (no votes by mail, no votes by phone, etc)
  8. all statistics on voting (size, volume, scaling, etc), will be available on this website after voting
